Step 1 - Material Selection

Step 3 - Mold Fabrication

Step 4 - Mold Testing
Once the mold is prepared, it undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets the required standards and produces the desired product.
Step 5 - Production Begins
With the mold approved, full-scale production is initiated, shaping the gasket material into the final product.
Step 6 - Size Adjustment
Any necessary adjustments are made to the size and dimensions of the product to ensure it aligns with the customer’s specifications.
Step 7 - Product Rolling
The finished gaskets are rolled carefully to maintain their shape and prepare them for packing.
Step 8 - Packing Preparation
The rolled gaskets are organized and prepared for the next stage of packing.
Step 9 - Quality Control (QC) Inspection
Each batch undergoes thorough quality control checks to ensure the gaskets meet all quality and performance standards.
Step 10 - Final Packing
After passing QC, the gaskets are packed, ready for shipment.
Step 11 - Ready for Delivery
The packaged gaskets are prepared for final delivery to the customer.
